Firearms stolen - Broken Hill

Police are appealing for information after firearms were stolen from a home near Broken Hill.

Between 2pm on Tuesday (6 June 2017) and 11am yesterday (Thursday 8 June 2017), a property off the Silver City Highway, about 35klm south of Broken Hill, was broken into.

Six firearms were stolen from the location including a:

- 12 gauge shotgun

- .223 rifles (x2)

- .243 rifle

- .308 rifle

- .22 rifles (x2)

A quad bike and two motorcycles were also stolen.

Officers from Broken Hill Local Area Command were notified and commenced investigations.
