Car crashes into restaurant - Wahroonga

Police are investigating after a car crashed into a restaurant in Wahroonga today.

About 12.40pm (Friday 2 June 2017), emergency services were called to the restaurant on Kiolge Street after the car drove into the front of the restaurant.

Two women within the restaurant, aged 89 and 54, were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car, an 84-year-old woman, was breath tested at the scene and provided a negative reading. She was not injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.
