Police investigate shooting - Primbee

Police are appealing for information after a shooting in Primbee yesterday.

Just before 1.30pm on Monday 29 May 2017, emergency services were called to a home on Illowra Crescent, Primbee, after reports a woman had been shot.

Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Local Area Command attended and found a 38-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her leg.

The woman was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Wollongong Hospital in a stable condition.

As investigations continue, police would like to speak to any witnesses that haven’t yet come forward or anyone with ‘dash-cam’ footage from the area.
