Truck rollover – Bulahdelah
Thursday, 05 Nov 2009 09:33amPolice officers from the Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command are investigating an incident overnight where a prime mover overturned at Bulahdelah.
Shortly before 7pm on Wednesday 4 November emergency services were called to attend a southbound prime mover on the Pacific Highway.
The vehicle, carrying a load of fruit and vegetables, had attempted to negotiate a sharp right hand bend and struck a concrete barrier.
The crash resulted in the prime mover jack-knifing and subsequently rolling over.
The driver a 32-year-old man was treated at the scene and conveyed to Bulahdelah Hospital suffering from a dislocated shoulder.
There were some delays for southbound traffic as salvage crews cleared the area.
Police from Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command continue with their investigations into the cause of the crash.
