Victims of Crime

The NSW Police Force plays a vital role in responding to and providing support for victims of crime. From reporting crime, the initial police response, the investigation, victim support & referral, attending court, the return of property and more.

The NSW Police Force Customer Service Charter has been developed to build and enhance relationships and partnerships with our community. Our customers are victims, witnesses, the community and our internal colleagues and we are committed to being accessible, being professional and helpful, taking appropriate action and keeping you informed.
