I have an additional idea for the NSWPF Community Portal functionality, how do I communicate this?

I have been notified by email that I have received a message regarding a report I created online. Where can I find the message and why is it not documented on the email?

Your privacy is very important to us.  Just like the banks, NSW Police Force will never send you information directly on an email.

You will be able to view your message via your NSW Police Community Portal account:

  1. Start from the NSW Police Force Community Portal homepage
  2. Log into your NSW Police Force Community Portal using your Service NSW Account details
  3. Click on My Reports
  4. Search for the Report
  5. Click View Report
  6. Select the Messages tab at the top of the report
  7. View the message
  8. Send a return message if requested.
