Laser Game - Modified Firearms
This permit is for persons wishing to conduct activities involving the possession and use of a firearm which has been modified to emit laser or infra-red light beams.
Application
Each Laser Game Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)

Other Authorised Persons / Employees
If other persons are to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder), your application must also contain the following form (separate form for each person) and any supporting documentation -

The Firearms Permit Application form, the Legitimate Reason form and the Application for a Person to be Authorised on a Firearms Permit form are interactive forms.
