Firearms Museum
This permit is for public museums who wish to maintain firearms as a part of the exhibits on display. The firearms must have a genuine commemorative, historical, thematic or financial value. Clause 51 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Firearms Museum Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Firearms Museum Legitimate Reason (PDF)

Other Authorised Persons / Employees
If other persons are to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder), your application must also contain the following form (separate form for each person) and any supporting documentation -

The Firearms Permit Application form, the Legitimate Reason form and the Application for a Person to be Authorised on a Firearms Permit form are interactive forms.
