Commissioners Firearms Permit - Other
The Commissioner may issue a permit authorising the possession and use of firearms in such circumstances as the Commissioner thinks fit. This permit applies to all other circumstances where a firearm is necessary and no other permit, nor a licence, is appropriate or relevant. Section 28(g) - Firearms Act 1996 relates.
Application
Each Commissioner's Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)

Other Authorised Persons / Employees
If other persons are to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder), your application must also contain the following form (separate form for each person) and any supporting documentation -
