Ammunition Collection Permit
This permit is for persons wishing to collect ammunition.
An Ammunition Collection Permit authorises the permit holder to buy or possess ammunition for the purposes of an ammunition collection only. This permit does not authorise trade or commercial activities in relation to ammunition. Clause 69 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Ammunition Collection Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Ammunition Collection Legitimate Reason (PDF)

Other Authorised Persons / Employees
If other persons are to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder), your application must also contain the following form (separate form for each person) and any supporting documentation -

The Firearms Permit Application form, the Legitimate Reason form and the Application for a Person to be Authorised on a Firearms Permit form are interactive forms.
