Records & Information Process Services
Records and Information Process Services (RIPS) manages the archival records of NSW Police Force, in keeping with a commitment to the identification, implementation and delivery of information products that guarantee a high level of service.
RIPS oversees a Records Access and Research Program, which manages access to NSW Police Force archives and inactive records. This program also provides for reference and research assistance to all NSW Police Force staff and the public.
In addition, RIPS oversees a recordkeeping program which sets a benchmark for NSW Government departments and other police organisations world-wide.
